food IS a theme park

Hello from Disney’s Hollywood Studios!
We’ve spent a day at the park to see what’s new, so are you ready? Let’s go!
One of our FAVORITE Hollywood Studios restaurants reopened today!
Woody’s Lunch Box is BACK BBY! Despite a few changes to the menu, we’re still overjoyed to be toy-sized and snacking once again. So, come along with us as we bring you a REVIEW of a reopened Woody’s Lunch Box!
Even though the Disney Parks have been open for several months now since the closures, we’re still waiting on some of our favorite dining options to return (We’re looking at you, Casey’s Corner!).
Today though, we’ve got pretty good news from Hollywood Studios. In the past few months, we’ve seen spots like ABC Commissary and Hollywood & Vine reopen, and now a Toy Story Land favorite is BACK.
It’s the most wonderful time of the year! Not only because of the holidays (naturally), but because it’s birthday time for a very special someone at Disney World!
That’s right: light up 119 candles, because December 5 is Walt Disney’s birthday! And we found the PERFECT gift to celebrate — and commemorate!
In the middle of the glitz and glitter of Disney’s Hollywood Studios is the classic Hollywood Brown Derby restaurant.
The Brown Derby is a swanky signature restaurant inspired by the real Brown Derby restaurant(s) in California (more on that in a bit!). The cozy lounge-feel of the restaurant is the perfect setting for a romantic night-out or when your travel group is feeling fancy! We recently headed back to the Brown Derby to see how the restaurant has adapted since the theme parks reopened. Do they still toss the Cobb Salad at your table? Is the Grapefruit Cake still fantastic? What about the drinks?! Let’s find out!
We spend a lot of time staring at menus at Disney World, mostly because we’re obsessed with food, but also because we like to know when new stuff shows up!
We do the same for drinks, too — because drink menus seem to change more than food menus and new drinks are ALWAYS turning up! So when we see something new, we try it out!
We started our new year off with some AMAZING Disney news — Park Hopping officially returned to Disney World on January 1st, 2021!
We know there are a LOT of questions about this big change, and we’re here to help! With that being said, since we still have to book our park passes ahead of time, which park should we choose to visit first thing in the morning?
Disney World foodies, it’s a great day for us!
Disney just announced that not one, not two, but THREE fan-favorite Disney World restaurants will be reopening this month and next. Let’s check out WHEN and WHICH restaurants we’ll be chowing down in once again!
If you’re a Disney World fan — there are a few dates in 2021 you need to know…
…And one of those dates is October 1st, 2021. On that day, Walt Disney World is celebrating a BIG anniversary — its 50th!!
Want to grab lunch at Animal Kingdom but dinner at EPCOT? When the Disney World theme parks reopened earlier this year, park hopping was suspended. Currently, you can only visit one park per day.
But, things are about to change! Disney just announced that Park Hopping will be returning on January 1st, 2021, with some modifications. Disney has also sent out an email to Annual Passholders about this update.
