It started with a few weekend hours, Halloween hours, and even into the holiday season. Now, Disney has released more hours into 2021!
As Halloween activities have taken over Disney World, the parks have been getting busier and busier.

And that means that Halloween park passes have also been going fast for pretty much everyone!
Looks like Disney-fans are excited for 2020 to be over, and we don’t blame them. The week of the New Year tends to be one of the busiest times for Walt Disney World Resort, and it seems that this year may be no different — even if that business is muted by the capacity limitations.

We’ve got quite a few updates since our last visit, so let’s see what’s new, shall we?
It’s definitely spooky season in Disney World. But, if you want to keep that ghostly vibe going all year long, there’s TONS of new Haunted Mansion merchandise that will do the trick!

Quite a few new Haunted Mansion Loungefly bags and Dooney & Bourke bags have been released this year that many have been dying to get their hands on, and now a brand NEW Dooney & Bourke Haunted Mansion collection has made it’s way to Disney World!
Over the past week or so, we’ve been closely monitoring Disney Park Pass Reservation availability on Halloween, which also happens to be on a Saturday this year! Reservation availability has come and gone for Magic Kingdom, but the other three parks have consistently been available for guests to book.

That could now be changing, as MORE parks are starting to fill up for certain ticket types on Halloween!
Are you looking to visit Disney World in early 2021? Like, EARLY 2021? As in, the very first DAY of 2021? You may need to book those New Year’s Day Disney Park Pass Reservations soon!
Hollywood Studios Entrance
As part of Disney World’s phased reopening, guests must acquire both valid theme park admission as well as a Park Pass Reservation in order to gain access to a park. But right now, if you want to visit Disney World on New Year’s Day, availability is starting to dwindle!
We’ve always loved traveling on the Friendship Boats on Crescent Lake that stop at EPCOT, Hollywood Studios, Disney’s Boardwalk Resort, Disney’s Yacht & Beach Club Resorts, and the Swan and Dolphin Hotels. There’s just something so leisurely and relaxing about riding a boat around Disney World.

After Disney World’s reopening, the Friendship Boats were supposed to resume running again on July 29th. However, that didn’t happen, and until recently, the boats have not been seen at all.

Savi’s Workshop, where “scrap metal” turns into a saber, recently reopened, and now, taking a cue from Droid Depot beginning to sell loose parts, they’re selling additional parts for your lightsaber!
