Though you might have a bit of trouble getting on the ride today if you’re not already in a boarding group!:(Â This attraction has been highly anticipated since the opening of Star Wars: Galaxy’s Edge so demand is pretty high for the new ride. We got to take a spin on it already and we have the inside scoop on what to expect, BUT you might be surprised but there are actually TWO slightly different ride experiences, and we think one might be a little better than the other.
You’ve FINALLY planned the Disney World trip of your dreams. You’ve got a list a mile long about the rides to go on, the treats to eat, and the characters to meet. At the top of your ride list is the ever-popular Star Wars: Rise of the Resistance in Disney World’s Hollywood Studios. But how do you get on the ride? Is there a height limit? Rise of the Resistance is FINALLY open to the public! We got to check this awesome ride out yesterday for ourselves, but we’re back and keeping an eye on crowds and how the ride is holding up on opening day. But if you were hoping to get to the park and jump in line to ride, today is not your day.
Rising Moons, friends! The day we’ve been waiting for is ALMOST HERE!

TOMORROW (December 5th) guests coming from galaxies far, far away (or, just next door) will be able to experience the newest ride in Disney World’s Star Wars: Galaxy’s Edge  – Rise of the Resistance!

Now that Rise of the Resistance is opening in Disney World TOMORROW and Disney+’s The Mandalorian is preoccupying most of the country’s spare time, we just spotted these new Funko POP! toys at Disney’s Hollywood Studios!

First, we rode Rise of the Resistance for the first time, then we got to go inside Mickey and Minnie’s Runaway Railway, and NOW the sky looks EVEN brighter because there’s a bunch of shiny, new restrooms that just opened in Hollywood Studios!
The launch of The Mandalorian on Disney+ is bringing back fans love of Star Wars bounty hunters in a BIG way!

With the debut of Star Wars: Galaxy’s Edge in Hollywood Studios, you no longer have to travel to a galaxy far, far away to grab the latest Star Wars merch!
