The Choco Taco is (according to it’s label) a “Dessert Taco! It’s Genius!” After disappearing from ice cream trucks and grocery shelves in 2022, the Choco Taco is back in 2024 at some Taco Bell restaurants. Which is, also, genius. Now a brand-new restaurant in Downtown Disney has introduced a fancy, grown-up “Choco Taco,” and, well, you just know we were gonna try it for ya!

We tried to drown our sorrows in a Dole Whip or two…but no luck. We attempted to lift our spirits with a Happy Soft Serve Cone, but our treat ended up melting — just like our dream of a lifetime filled with Choco Tacos. Listen, we all know it, but waffles are a HOT commodity in Disney World. From the cult-favorite bubble waffles in Disney Springs to the absolutely beloved Mickey waffles found all over the parks and resorts, Disney guests are certainly not ones to pass up on a waffle treat. Can you blame us? Waffles are pretty darn good. Well, we caught wind of a new Holiday Ice Cream Taco at Ample Hills Creamery and we were on it like syrup on breakfast!
