Disney has been keeping us on our toes with major news updates lately!
Ariel in the Festival of Fantasy Parade at Magic Kingdom
We learned that Moana 2 will be premiering this November, along with plenty of updates about other Disney sequels. Back in December 2023, Disney shared that a NEW Little Mermaid stage show would be coming to Hollywood Studios, and now we’ve got even more news to share from under the sea (see what we did there?)!

We’ve shared all kinds of news related to the film, including how Mermaid-inspired treats popped up in Disney World for a limited time, how you can meet the live-action version of Ariel in Disney’s Hollywood Studios, and how you can stock up on Mermaid merchandise. If you’ve seen the movie, though, you might be wondering about some of the story CHANGES that were made from the original film. Well, now one Disney celebrity has chimed in to share their thoughts.

The FIRST holiday decorations were spotted in EPCOT today!
Last night kicked off the first-ever Disney Very Merriest After Hours event in Magic Kingdom and several holiday traditions will soon return to Disney’s Animal Kingdom (including those adorable wintry animal puppets). But, one park that hasn’t “decked the halls” yet is EPCOT — though, that doesn’t mean that we have less to look forward to. EPCOT will be home to the returning Festival of the Holidays and after being canceled last year due to COVID-19, the popular Candlelight Processional will be BACK again as well! And, now we’ve got more details about who will be telling the story of Christmas during the show this year!
It might still be Halloween season at Disney World, but it’s also starting to look a lot like Christmas at Disney’s Hollywood Studios!

This year, lots of new and returning holiday entertainment, activities, and events will be available in Disney World, including an after-hours Christmas party event and EPCOT’s Candlelight Processional.
