The holiday season kicked off just a few days ago with the start of Mickey’s Very Merry Christmas Party in Magic Kingdom. Then, just two days later, Hollywood Studios hosted the first-ever Disney Jollywood Nights event. Our team attended BOTH parties this week and experienced nearly everything they have to offer, and after plenty of reflection, we’ve got a hot take to share.

The decorations are up, the holiday merchandise is out, and the first Jollywood Nights party has finally happened. This is an all-new special ticketed event in Disney World, and we were so excited to check it out. However, we were even MORE excited to check out all the FOOD at Jollywood Nights. So now we’re taking on some drinks!
Hollywood Studios, it is your time to SHINE! Jollywood Nights has STARTED, and we’re rocking around the Christmas tree (or Sunset Boulevard, in this case) all night long.

This all-new event in Disney’s Hollywood Studios is full of festive guests, tasty treats, and even some special character meet-and-greets. Of course, you can’t go to a party without snapping a few FABULOUS photos, though, right? Well, we’re here to help! Tonight is the first night of Disney’s Hollywood Studios‘ Jollywood Nights event, and we’re checking out EVERYTHING there is to experience. We’re live from the event all evening and the fun isn’t stopping anytime soon. We couldn’t resist the urge to throw it back to our childhoods, so come with us to meet some of our favorite characters at the Throwback Bash!

This is a brand new holiday party in Disney World, and we’ve been waiting for what feels like forever to see all the entertainment (MUPPETS, y’all!) and eat ALL the food. So we’re heading over to Market to try some party-exclusive treats.

Jingle Bell, Jingle BAM! (2018)
While Jingle Bell, Jingle BAM! went away from Disney’s Hollywood Studios in 2020, thanks to the first-ever Jollywood Nights events, it’s coming back! This is a holiday fireworks and projection show that happens in front of the Chinese Theater each night of the after-hours event, and we’re checking out the returning show for the first time in three years tonight!
