April was a busy month for Disney World restaurants, though. We’ve seen a ton of more price increases, but we also saw the release of new…Halloween snacks? Yep, Disney is all about celebrating “Halfway To Halloween,” and we are here for it. But in the meantime, things are still changing on restaurant menus, and we’ve got ALL the updates from the last week of April!
So just how much has changed at Disney World in a month?
There are a few new menu items at Backlot Express!
Well, spring break crowds have arrived, there’s a brand new Disney x Coach collection, the Festival of Fantasy Parade returned, we found out a long-running Disney World show is closing permanently, and more! There has been some change at Disney World restaurants, too, including some major menu updates! So let’s get to them!
Sometimes it’s fun to get out of our comfort zone and try new foods in Disney World, even if the flavor combination sounds bizarre — like with the 50th Celebration Cone, made with Dole Whip lemon and cookie dough soft serve (which oddly works!).

But still, not every Disney World dish or flavor combo works, and we’ve compiled a list of the best and worst foods we tried in March! Here’s what you might want to add to your next Disney World food list — and what you might not.
OK, y’all. It’s time to talk about the unsung hero of Disney World dining: resort food courts. Now, we know what you’re thinking: “Why on earth would I eat at those spots when there are options like Casey’s Corner, La Hacienda de San Angel, and JIKO out there?” We totally get it. But these cafeteria-style restaurants can do one thing for you that all of those places CAN’T.

These fast, casual restaurants can be there for you, right inside your hotel, even late at night when you’re just craving a slice of pizza or a burger. They’re easy to find, have a lot of comfortable options, and are generally much cheaper than the table-service restaurants in Disney World. Spring has sprung!!!

We’re seeing spring a LOT at Disney World, in the crowds, at the EPCOT Flower and Garden Festival, in the merchandise, and more. We’re even starting to see some fun spring snacks, including Easter goodies. In the meantime, we’ve also seen a few changes at Disney World restaurants, so let’s get to the updates!
St. Patrick’s Day means Disney World treats are going green, and one Disney World Resort hotel is releasing not one, but TWO new holiday treats.

Recently we tried the Good Luck Charm milkshake from The Drop Off Pool Bar at Disney’s Art of Animation Resort hotel, and it’s hard to imagine another treat topping this tasty adult milkshake. But another Art of Animation location decided to give it a try!
We’re just a few short days from Christmas, and that means that it’s a very busy season for Disney World!

In the past month alone, THREE new restaurants opened (Steakhouse 71, Space 220, and La Crêperie de Paris), the 50th anniversary snacks arrived, AND we were still seeing some Halloween snacks getting introduced. So we’ve got quite a few menu updates to share with you from October.
