Disney Cast Members do get certain perks as employees of Disney. Some of those perks include discounts on food and merchandise, as well as discounts on hotel stays. Cast Members can also get free theme park admission after two weeks of employment.

Disney Cast Members also get exclusive shopping opportunities, including a store called Cast Connections that’s exclusive to Disney employees where they can buy discounted merchandise.
