The parks and hotels are getting ready for the big 50th anniversary, which includes things like new shows, food, and an attraction. And, Disney just announced another new thing coming to Disney World that will change your guest experience!
MagicBands are a convenient way for Disney World guests to enter the Disney Parks, unlock Disney World Resort hotel rooms, pay for things, and more.

MagicBands have had some price increases, and they’re no longer complimentary. So when there’s an opportunity to save some money on a new MagicBand, our ears perk up. If you have an upcoming Disney World hotel reservation or have an Annual Pass, you might want to see how to save up to $15 on these new MagicBands!

Guests staying at Disney World’s resort hotels and Annual Passholders sometimes have the ability to buy some MagicBand designs early or at a special discount. We’ve seen a new design completed for Cinderella Castle, FastPass+ is no longer available, Extended Evening Hours are about to be available for select Disney hotel guests, and masks are back to being required indoors for everyone. One thing that changed last year was Disney no longer giving you free MagicBands if you were staying at a Disney hotel.
