Ever since Bob Iger returned as the CEO of The Walt Disney Company, we’ve seen quite a few personnel changes.Â

Executives were laid off, projects were shelved and departments eliminated, and Iger has even announced a restructuring of the company as a whole. But in the middle of 7000 job cuts, Iger has revealed a promotion for a current employee into a brand-new position.
Alright, listen, we all understand that Disney World (OK, the WHOLE world!) has been through an ORDEAL in the last couple of years.
Bless you, Disney World. You’ve been having a hard time.
