Hello, everyone! Welcome to Disney’s Monorail Resorts!
We recently visited the resorts on the Monorail track to see what’s new! So here are the latest updates!
We’ve seen a lot of changes at Disney World hotels since Disney World reopened this summer.
From face covering requirements to new policies about Disney’s Magical Express to new social distancing guidelines, Disney World and its resort hotels are a lot different now.
There’s really no way around it: a vacation to Disney World is pricey when you include flights, theme park tickets, accommodations, and of course all the spending that happens in the parks and resorts.
Luckily, there are still a select amount of things that are still absolutely FREE in Disney World. And if you know about these things and use them strategically, you CAN end up saving a few valuable bucks.
As you might have heard, Disney’s Polynesian Village Resort is getting some MAJOR work done right now.
The Polynesian is set to remain closed through the summer of 2021 for refurbishments in most areas of the resort, including a Moana-themed makeover to the guest rooms. As a part of this work, the monorail station at the resort is now closed.
We’ve been keeping an eye on all of the construction going on at Disney’s Polynesian Village Resort.
Various changes are set take to place around the hotel as it undergoes refurbishment and its guest rooms get a Moana-inspired makeover. As a result of the construction, the monorail station at the Polynesian will be closing temporarily later this year.
Just a few weeks ago, we shared with you that Disney’s Polynesian Village Resort will not be reopening until the summer of 2021 to finish some refurbishment work, including a Moana-inspired look for the Resort’s guest rooms.
The refurbishment work is set to begin in October, and now we’ve got a few updates on how that construction could impact your stay at Disney’s Polynesian Villas and Bungalows or simply a trip to dine at the resort.
We’ve seen lots of news related to Disney’s Polynesian Village Resort announced lately.
Earlier today, we shared that the resort would remain closed until 2021. We also learned that the Polynesian’s guest rooms will soon be receiving a Moana-inspired makeover. Now, we’ve got some news about the monorail station at the Polynesian.
We’re back at Magic Kingdom!
We’ve been dodging a few raindrops to see what new construction, food, and merchandise updates we could spot for you since our last visit! Let’s take a look at everything that’s NEW!
A LOT is different in Disney World and it can be hard to keep track of all of the changes.
Now, MOST of the changes make sense. We totally get the mask mandate, temperature checks, and social distancing. But we’ll be honest, there are some things (or lack thereof) that are just downright confusing for us! Let’s take a look at some of the bigger head-scratchers we’ve experienced in a reopened Disney World!
Watching the Monorail glide through Disney World is an incredible sight!
In fact, the Monorail is such an iconic part of Disney World that it even has its own merch — we’ve seen Monorail beach towels, PEZ dispenser displays, t-shirts, and more! Could the Monorail further cement its legendary status with a new attraction in the near future?? Here’s what we know!
