There is so much to see and do in Disney World!
Sometimes the best way to fit as much in as possible during a Disney vacation is to park hop!
When at Disney World, there are a lot of ways to get around in between the parks, Disney Springs, and Disney hotels.
There is the Disney World Skyliner that goes to EPCOT, Hollywood Studios, and various resorts. Of course, there is the Monorail that takes guests from the Transportation and Ticket Center to Magic Kingdom, EPCOT, and a few Disney hotels. What happens when one of the Disney transportation vehicles is down?
Sometimes things happen in Disney World that you just don’t have any control over.
Rides occasionally malfunction or get closed for the weather, transportation issues can arise, and other minor annoyances happen that could impact your day. Today, we came across a weird, less common problem, though, when we were riding the Monorail.
Every time we ride the monorail into EPCOT, we’re reminded how far the construction progress has come in the middle of the park!
EPCOT has been in the middle of a massive transformation for several years now, and we’ve been watching it come together slowly, with additions like restaurants, rides, and shops. But this fall, the middle of the park should officially be complete, and today we have a BIG update on the construction!
There is much more to Disney World than just four theme parks. Besides the resorts and water parks, this area is also home to Disney Springs.
Disney Springs is a shopping, dining, and entertainment district within the Walt Disney World Resort. Here you can shop not only Disney stores but also well-known brands like Uniqlo, Coach, Sephora, and more! Many guests choose to spend an evening or even an entire day at Disney Springs during their trip. If you’re coming to Disney World and want to visit Disney Springs, you’ll need to know how to get there.
If you’re headed to Disney World, it’s always a good idea to be prepared for the unexpected.
Rides are periodically shut down for technical difficulties and refurbishment closures are common occurrences all around the parks. In Magic Kingdom, there are multiple things to look out for at the moment — from the construction of Tiana’s Bayou Adventure to the new coaster, TRON Lightcycle / Run. But there’s one unexpected problem that you could run into that is harder to avoid — and it might cause a delay in your Disney plans!
Good morning from Magic Kingdom!
The sun is shining, the monorail is broken…WAIT, the monorail is broken?! Yep, that’s right folks — perhaps the most popular form of Disney World transportation is currently broken and that means there are some problems at the Transportation & Ticket Center (AKA Magic Kingdom’s parking lot). What’s going on? Well, allow us to show you!
Planning a Disney trip can be a stressful experience.
From park tickets to hotels, dining, transportation, and more — there’s a lot to keep track of. And, since no two days are alike in the Disney parks, things can get a little confusing. That’s why we’re here to let you know about an important closure that could impact your next trip to Disneyland!
One of the best things about splurging for one of the resorts along the Monorail line is their proximity to Magic Kingdom.
Not only can you get to the park quickly, but usually you have a variety of transportation options that leaves you split for choice! Unfortunately, one of the most convenient options will be going away for a while.
Over the last three years, it seems there have been more changes at Disney than we can count!
With rides and attractions leaving forever (goodbye, Splash Mountain 😭), new ones arriving, and several changes made when it comes to park and attraction reservation systems, Disney park-goers are highly opinionated on several new additions (and take-aways.)
