Mobile Order made its debut as part of the My Disney Experience app in May of 2017.

This in-app feature allows guests to pre-order and pre-pay for their food at participating Counter Service Restaurants around Disney World. Upon arrival to the restaurant, guests using Mobile Order can then bypass the ordering queue and go straight to a designated Pick Up Counter to get their food to save time that would otherwise be spent in line. We have an update for you… about an update that may assist you in your Disney World dining plans! Last week, several My Disney Experience app users received notifications that they were unable to modify existing Advance Dining Reservations via the app.

If you have an Advance Dining Reservation for a Disney World restaurant, you may notice a pop-up message when you open your My Disney Experience app and try to modify that reservation.

Some users are receiving a notification that they are unable to modify dining reservations in regards to changing the date, time, or party size via the app. (It seems that Apple device users primarily are unable to modify; Android users may not experience any changes to their options.) Guests are advised to visit disneyworld.com to modify or call (407) 939-1947 for assistance.

Because we already know a little bit about the backstory of this fast-casual restaurant, which was formerly the Mess Hall for the RDA (Resources Development Administration) base in the Valley of Mo’ara.
