We’ve seen a LOT of new Marvel movies and television shows recently.

We’re getting new Avengers movies, a Captain Marvel sequel, a third Guardians of the Galaxy movie, and more. And we already knew a Fantastic 4 film was coming, but minimal details were released about the project…until now!

From movies like Lightyear to theme park projects like the ongoing TRON rollercoaster construction, there’s almost always something going on! For example, we recently shared that a live-action/animated hybrid Beauty and the Beast musical will be coming to ABC later this year, and now we have news about a new project in the works at Disney.
Is it just us, or is Disney’s Encanto movie starting to feel like it’s reaching Frozen-level fame? Every so often, Disney creates a movie so charming and fun that we’re left thinking about it weeks — or even months — later. With the audience’s reaction to “We Don’t Talk About Bruno” breaking records and a groundswell of love for Mirabel, it’s safe to assume Encanto is quickly becoming a beloved Disney movie.

Marvel’s Doctor Strange and the Multiverse of Madness and Thor: Love and Thunder are both premiering this year, Pixar’s Lightyear will be released this summer, and Hocus Pocus 2 should be out around Halloween! One of the major movies coming out soon is Pixar’s Turning Red, which will have an exclusive release on Disney+. And, a Canadian company is doing something very special to celebrate the new film.
