Bright suns! We’re back at Star Wars Galaxy’s Edge for some new eats!
Earlier today, we learned that Docking Bay 7 Food and Cargo unveiled new menu items, so we hopped over to Disney’s Hollywood Studios to try them out for ourselves!
Earlier today, we shared that the characters are coming BACK to breakfast at Chef Mickey’s in Disney’s Contemporary Resort!
This spot originally reopened without characters and with a family-style meal instead of the typical buffet-style meal that used to be served here.
It looks like another one of our favorite Disney World restaurants is fixin’ to reopen SOON!
Despite remaining closed after EPCOT’s reopening last month, Teppan Edo began tinkering with its menu a few weeks ago. This gave us the impression the table service hibachi grill restaurant located in the Japan pavilion might be getting ready to reopen!
This year has definitely had its share of unprecedented situations — and the Epcot Food and Wine Festival has also gotten a bit of a shake-up!
When Epcot reopened to guests on July 15th, the park also kicked off its annual Food & Wine Festival which will run through the fall, making it the longest Food & Wine to date! The festival also includes some elements from the Epcot International Flower and Garden Festival, which began just a few days prior to the park closure.
We love Cookes of Dublin for their delicious Irish-inspired eats — and for the fact that this counter service spot serves something unique in the realm of Disney World eats (save for neighboring Raglan Road Irish Pub & Restaurant, of course!).
And we’re happy to say that Cookes has just introduced several brand-new menu items! You know we had to go take a bite… or ten. [Read more…]
If you’ve walked the boardwalk around Disney World’s Boardwalk Inn resort recently you may have noticed there was some work being done on the Boardwalk Pizza Window located outside Trattoria al Forno. We now know the menu was being updated!
The location now offers a broader menu with more pizza choices – in a personal size or a whole pie, as well as sub sandwiches, new salads and desserts. [Read more…]

Hey Pop Century fans — we’ve got NEWS!!
Here’s a heads up for upcoming Pop Century Resort guests at Walt Disney World — the Everything Pop Food Court menu has been updated with significant changes. Let’s take a look…
Most of our favorites are still on the morning menu including the popular POP Waffle with fruit topping (unfortunately, it’s now at a higher price :-().
The chocolate chip pancakes, breakfast pizza, breakfast wrap, and breakfast potatoes did not survive the cuts. A potato casserole is now being offered as a side dish.
New breakfast entrees include: a biscuit with sausage gravy and scrambled eggs; empanada puff pastry; corned beef hash; and new omelet choices (Southwest, Floridian, Italian, and Vegetable).
We have also spotted a Create-Your-Own Yogurt Parfait, Spanish Quiche, and Breakfast Burrito. Most of these items are also available on the Kids’ Menus.
Instead of an “Omelet of the Day”, there’s now a [Read more…]
We’ve got some Be Our Guest Restaurant menu updates for lunch and dinner!
Yep — the brand new Be Our Guest Restaurant in the Magic Kingdom’s New Fantasyland is already updating their choices and prices based on high demand…
First up, we have some price increases to contend with. We’ll need to dig deeper into our pockets when ordering lunch and dinner items.
For example at dinner, the French Onion Soup was $6.99 and is now $7.49; Thyme-scented Pork Rack Chop went up $2; and the Sauteed Shrimp and Scallops will now cost an additional $3. The steak dinner is up a few dollars as well. While dessert prices remained the same, most prices for appetizers and entrees on the dinner menu were increased.
For a general idea of what you can expect at the restaurant, check out our Be Our Guest Restaurant EVERYTHING ON THE MENU! review!
Lunch prices remain the same.
Chicken Breast Provençal
(Pan-seared and simmered in a rustic blend of Heirloom Tomatoes, Olives, White Wine, and fresh Herbs with Seasonal Vegetables and Roasted Fingerling Potatoes) has replaced the Rotisserie Cornish Hen.
At lunch, the Grilled Steak Sandwich has been substituted with a [Read more…]

The Animal Kingdom Lodge’s Sanaa has debuted a new lunch menu! And we have all the details and a few pics courtesy of guest author Julie B.!
You all know how much I LURVE Sanaa at Disney’s Animal Kingdom Lodge Kidani Village (BUTTER CHICKEN!!!). And I’m excited to share that there have been some interesting changes made to the lunch offerings since our recent Sanaa lunch review.
In fact, it’s the most dramatic menu makeover since the restaurant opened.
Let’s take a look at what’s been updated…
The Sanaa bread service has been a major fan favorite for years. Basically, you’ve always been able to get a choice of three breads (including the gorgeous and buttery Naan bread) and three accompaniments for $8.99.
Now, Sanaa diners can pay an additional $2 to receive all nine accompaniments with the bread service! Just two bucks and NO MORE CHOOSING!
You’ll get all those delicious sauces and chutneys for $10.99! Seriously good deal.
The Appetizer Sampler for Two has changed its offerings.
NOW, instead of samosas, lamb kefta kabobs, and roasted cauliflower, it features samosas, lamb kefta sliders, and a choice of Seasonal Soup or Chana Tikki (a new appetizer described as Spiced Chickpea Cakes with Tomato Chutney).
The Lamb Kefta Sliders have replaced the former kabobs, and a seasonal soup is now a regular feature on the menu.
Never fear, the totally awesome Tomato Soup with Paneer Cheese is still there!
Two new salads have appeared on the salad sampler – Kachumbari (didn’t get a detailed description, the Cast are still getting used to everything, too) and Mango salad. These replace the Golden Lentils and Tomato Salad, and the Roasted Beets salad.
Another menu change Julie got to sample personally was the different variety of “Slow-cooked in Gravy.” She says:
You can sleep soundly tonight knowing your beloved [Read more…]
