This shopping and dining complex is home to some of the best food, dozens of merchandise stores with unique souvenirs, and all kinds of snacks that you can only find here. But if you haven’t been in a few days, things have changed! So today, we’re sharing everything that’s new in Disney Springs.

On what, you may ask? Well, dozens of unique stores with cool merchandise, some of the BEST restaurants in all of Disney World, and several particularly fun and over-the-top snacks! Plus, the shopping and dining complex has several entertainment options with live music, Cirque du Soleil, a movie theater, and more. BUT if you haven’t been in a minute, some things have changed — so today, we’re sharing everything that’s new in Disney Springs!
We just celebrated May the 4th in Disney World with new merchandise, tasty treats, and some galactic surprises, but now there’s another holiday to celebrate!

It’s Cinco de Mayo! There’s not as much going on in Disney World for the holiday compared to Star Wars Day, but we DID find a new treat that we just had to try out — so let’s go!

We can’t wait for Halloween at Disneyland
Just kidding…kinda. We here at DFB love Halloween and sometimes wish we could celebrate it all year long. Lucky for us, Disney is celebrating Halfway to Halloween with some spooky eats and treats! So, let’s see how pickles and corn dogs will combine to bring some scary flavor to Disneyland!
We just found a couple of NEW snacks in Disney World, and they’re both at a location that doesn’t get a whole lot of time in the spotlight. But could these tasty eats change that?
Walt Disney World
Magic Kingdom is not exactly known for its dining scene, although you can find some classic treats (like DOLE Whips) and delicious snacks (like Casey’s Corner corn dog nuggets with plastic cheese) inside this park. But when we’re looking for a mind-blowing meal, we usually head over to a nearby resort restaurant, like Steakhouse 71 at Disney’s Contemporary Resort or ‘Ohana at Disney’s Polynesian Village Resort. Disney’s Animal Kingdom can get a bad rap when it comes to food. Everyone tends to give all the glory to Cheeseburger Pods (which we can’t deny are delicious) and forget about the other awesome places to eat — you just have to know WHERE to look!
Kusafiri Coffee Shop and Bakery is a hidden GEM!
One of the hidden gems is Kusafiri Coffee Shop and Bakery, which is located in the Africa section of the park near Kilimanjaro Safaris. We love hitting up this spot for a morning coffee without a long line and some sweet treats, but they also serve up a few savory items too!

…Encanto! (What, did you think we were going to say Bruno? We don’t talk about him). Okay, maybe we’ve been talking about a liiiittle more than that (like the Star Wars: Galactic Starcruiser and the crowds in the theme parks), but Encanto has been a hot topic ever since it hit Disney+ last year. And now, the film has brought some new treats to Disney World!
Do you know where you can get astronaut ice cream, tie-dye sherpa Minnie ears, and a $6,000 Minnie Mouse painting all in one place?

The next Food Studio that we’re hitting is in the Italy pavilion — it’s L’Arte di Mangiare, which features (what else?) Italian cuisine.
