Are there rough seas ahead for the Disney Cruise Line’s expansion?
Last month at D23: The Ultimate Fan Event, Disney announced an order of four new ships for the Disney Cruise Line which, combined with several ships already under construction, will put the company’s fleet at 13 ships by 2031. However, major issues with Disney’s contracted shipbuilder may put a dent in the company’s plans.Â
Moonlight Magic will be returning in 2025 for Disney Vacation Club members!
We just got information about the 2025 dates, PLUS new dates have been added for THIS year. We have all the details for you, so keep reading!
It is hurricane season, and we are constantly keeping an eye on severe weather that could affect your Disney World vacation.Â
Right now, the National Hurricane Center is tracking not one, not two, but FIVE areas of interest in the Atlantic Ocean and Gulf of Mexico.Â
Heads up Disney+ subscribers, things are changing…
We’ve known for a while that Disney is changing their streaming pricing structure next month. Beginning in October, prices for Disney+, Hulu, ESPN+, and the bundle of all three will be increasing. In preparation for that, the company is adding some NEW options to the service.Â
At D23: The Ultimate Disney Fan Event, Disney announced that a Monsters, Inc. Land will be coming to Disney’s Hollywood Studios!
Disney announced that the new land would include Disney’s first-ever suspended coaster that will have you zooming through the factory via a door. Other than that, Disney didn’t reveal too many other details about this new land, but we did notice something in the concept art that gives a HUGE hint about a restaurant coming to the land!
Universal has been making great progress on their new Epic Universe theme park which is expected to open in Orlando in 2025. Lots of rides have been testing and we have gotten LOTS of details about what to expect in each of the themed lands.
If building one new theme park isn’t enough, Universal has also been toying with the idea of building a brand-new theme park in the United Kingdom. This plan has been brewing for a bit, but we just got an update on the status!
As we were making our way around Magic Kingdom this morning, we spotted something mysterious…
We want to make sure you have the most up-to-date and useful information about Disney World, so we are in the parks EVERY single day! We want to make sure you know about all the latest treats, but we are also here to give you a heads-up when something is a bit amiss.
We often tell you to check the Disney World park hours the week leading up to and even every single day of your trip.
Why? Well, because if you’ve booked your trip a year in advance, things may happen between the time you booked your trip and your actual travel dates. In fact, Disney is known to adjust its park hours all the time. Sometimes, it’s due to after-hours testing, or more often, a company may rent out a park for a special event (or the parks can close early for one of Disney’s special events like their Halloween and holiday parties or after-hours events). If you’re heading to EPCOT in October, it’s imperative you know that the park will be closing EARLY one day!
Extra, extra, read all about it! Seriously, we’re sure Disney World hasn’t had a wink of sleep because they’ve dropped so many new updates this week (including some for spooky season!). If you’ve missed out, this is your chance to catch up!
I’m back again with another round of WHAT’S NEW UPDATES AT DISNEY WORLD, a rundown on all the epic news and updates that happened at Disney World this past week. This week we got the 4-1-1 on a classic attraction opening up with CHANGES, a NEW land coming to the Magic Kingdom, and big REVEALS for EPCOT’S 2024 International Food and Wine Festival. Are y’all ready? Okay, let’s go!
