Pecan Maple “Bark” Brittle

Makes a 15″ x 10″ Cookie Sheet
Ingredients:
Maple Brittle
2 cups butter (4 sticks)
1 1/2 cups sugar
3/4 cup maple sugar
1/3 cup water
2 teaspoons maple extract
Chocolate and Pecans
12 ounces, about 2 cups, high-quality semisweet chocolate, chopped, or chips, divided
1 cup chopped pecans, divided
2 teaspoons sea salt, divided
