If last year was the year of green Halloween merch at Disney World, then this year is looking to be the Halloween of PURPLE!
We recently told you about the purple poison apple stein that appeared over in Disney Springs, and now they’re showing up in the parks with a few other items, including a purple version of the cauldron popcorn bucket we loved last year!
Fans of the Poison Apple Steins, heads up! A PURPLE apple stein you’ll definitely want to get your hands on has popped up over in Disney Springs!
While we’ve seen red apple steins for the past few years, and more recently green apple mugs showed up on the scene at both Walt Disney World and Disneyland, this is the first time we’re seeing purple in Disney World! And we know just WHERE you can find it!
We are eating our way around the Disneyland Resort and enjoying the Halloween Time treats and specials! Our next stop is The Golden Horseshoe for a Churro Sundae!
The Golden Horseshoe is offering a Churro Sundae and is home to the Poison Apple Stein this season!
We’re Back in Animal Kingdom on a search for new food, merchandise, and any seasonal treats for you! This trip didn’t disappoint!
We’ll start today’s report out with a new food item in Pandora!
The famous Poison Apple has been casting its spell in Disney World and Disneyland over the past several years during Halloween in several forms from Poison Caramel Apples, to Poison Apple glow cubes, to a new Not-So-Poison Apple Cupcake. And this year, you can scare up the latest incarnation in Disney World’s Animal Kingdom: it’s the Green Poison Apple Stein!
Though in previous years the stein has been available in red, the green is making its debut in Animal Kingdom. We spotted ours at Mahindi (also known by its previous name, Harambe Popcorn), but it should be available at various outdoor snack locations throughout the park. [Read more…]
BOO!!! That’s my Halloween-themed greeting to get you in the mood to check out the Halloween Souvenirs that will be haunting Disneyland Resort and Walt Disney World at various times throughout the 2018 Halloween Season!
Perhaps it seems a little early… but remember, Halloween Time kicks off in Disneyland Resort on September 7th, and the very first Mickey’s Not-So-Scary Halloween Party is on August 17th in Disney World’s Magic Kingdom. And bearing in mind how quickly the Halloween specialty items tend to sell out, you’ll want to be VERY well prepared!
The Happy Halloween Popcorn Bucket for 2018 will feature Mickey and Minnie fleeing a spooky scene on broomsticks, with Chip and Dale bats not too far behind! You’ll find it around popcorn carts all over Disneyland Resort and Disney World parks. [Read more…]
