We’ve seen everything from children throwing tantrums to rides breaking down to our fair share of Main Street, U.S.A. proposals. But every time we go to Magic Kingdom, there are a few unfortunate things that happen!

Riverside Mill Food Court
Sure, we love the Cheeseburger Springs Rolls in Magic Kingdom, and Flame Tree Barbecue’s Pulled Pork Fries in Disney’s Animal Kingdom are iconic. But, Disney World’s hotels are full of some eats that you don’t want to miss! From Tonga Toast to Mickey Beignets, there are so many hidden gems outside of the parks. Over at Disney’s Port Orleans Resort — Riverside, there’s a quick-service dining spot nestled along the water — Riverside Mill Food Court. I stopped by for lunch recently to see how it compares to some of our other favorite hotel spots — read on for the full review!

Earlier this year, Disney announced that the new Princess and the Frog-themed restaurant would be taking the place of the existing French Market Restaurant in New Orleans Square, opening on September 7th, 2023. Tiana’s Palace is part of a transformation based around the retheming of Splash Mountain into Tiana’s Bayou Adventure, and we have been excited to see how it evolves! Well, today we got some BIG news about this dining location — the full menu has been REVEALED!

They are all pretty iconic Magic Kingdom snacks. Whether you’re looking for a sit-down meal or would prefer to eat on the go, there are lots of food options in Disney World’s most popular park to choose from. Columbia Harbour House, a quick service location in Liberty Square, typically is a great spot when you’re trying to please a variety of tastes. How did that reputation hold up on a recent midday trip? Let’s find out.

Earlier today, we learned that Docking Bay 7 Food and Cargo unveiled new menu items, so we hopped over to Disney’s Hollywood Studios to try them out for ourselves!
Walt Disney World reopened with limited capacities throughout every building on the property. All gift shops, restaurants, rides, and shows were reduced to accommodate physical distancing between travel groups.

Upon reopening, Disney World had a reduced capacity of 25% and the theme parks attracted fewer crowds. It was recently announced that the theme parks were raised to 35% and we’ve seen an uptick in crowds over the holidays. Attractions are seeing increased wait times and Disney has been adjusting experiences to accommodate the lines. But what about restaurants? While Disney World hasn’t shared specifics, we have seen a quiet increase in capacity within the restaurants. So, what does dining at a Disney World restaurant look like now that the parks have been reopened for a few months?

Casey’s Corner is Still Closed
Casey’s Corner, the Plaza Ice Cream Parlor, Woody’s Lunchbox, and many more of the places we love are still not open for business. As the crowds slowly returned to Disney World, we saw some restaurants begin to open part-time, and now one of those locations has reopened completely!
Seems like every few days we’re finding MORE locations added to Mobile Order!
