Here’s a fun contest for those of you who want to enjoy the royal treatment at Disneyland Resort! Ralph Brennan’s Jazz Kitchen in Downtown Disney is hosting a contest to crown a King and Queen of Mardi Gras!
Finally the titles you deserve! 😉 The Jazz Kitchen will select a King and Queen to hold court in the restaurant on March 5th.
Disneyland’s Downtown Disney
will play host to the Taste of Downtown Disney on September 5, 2018, to benefit CHOC Children’s Hospital with the goal of raising $100,000.
This is the eleventh year of the Taste of Downtown Disney, and this year’s event is shaping up to be great fun! The Taste is a progressive dining experience including stops at some of Downtown Disney’s finest (and funnest!) restaurants.
Hey Guys! We’re back with another DFB Video today, and we’re talking about the Hidden Gem Dining Spots at Disneyland!
Disneyland is home to some really great food and today we’re sharing some of our favorite hidden gems! If you’re headed to Disneyland for the first time you might not know about some of the more “secret” spots to find great food. ALOHA from Disneyland’s Downtown Disney! THAT is where the Downtown Disney Summer Celebration is running now through September 4th.
The event — sponsored by Dole Packaged Foods, features over a dozen special menu items found at various Downtown Disney restaurants. These tastes of the islands will be accompanied by regular weekly appearances of the Polynesian performers of Tupua. Beginning July 1st, Tupua will help set the scene on the Downtown Disney LIVE! Stage with song, dance, and color. Moving forward, Tupua will appear on Friday evenings through the run of the event.
We mentioned a “taste of the islands,” too, though, didn’t we? Find a Hawaiian BBQ Sandwich at Earl of Sandwich. Or stop by ESPN Zone for Hawaiian Pork Sliders, Pineapple Upside Down Cake, or a Summer Mojito.
Happy St. Patrick’s Day to you and yours!
As you’re searching through the closet for your favorite green garment to don today, you may want to know about some green and Irish-themed EATS you can search for should you find yourself in Orlando’s Disney Springs or Anaheim’s Downtown Disney District on March 17th! (And heads up: a few of these treats will stick around through the rest of the month!)
We’ve already shared some of the treats you will spot around the Disney World parks earlier this week, but now let’s take a look at the Leprechaun-snacks you’ll find in Disney World’s shopping, entertainment and dining district!
Even outside of the highly recommended Mighty St. Patrick’s Festival at Raglan Road (get all the details here!), there is still plenty of Irish-themed grub to go ‘round. And the one we’re most excited about is the Irish Stout Poutine covered in corned beef, braised cabbage, beer cheese and chives at The Daily Poutine!
We’ve already mentioned the seasonal ganache options at The Ganachery, which include Irish Cream, Stout, and Irish Whiskey. [Read more…]
