Okay, enough about Disney World, let’s travel over to the West Coast and talk about Disneyland a little bit.
Now, a LOT is going on over at Disneyland, and a lot more will be going on soon. A Coco ride is on the way, as is a whole land devoted to Avatar along with a major expansion to Avengers Campus. Things are going to be BUSY. So if you’re planning a trip to Disneyland in 2025 (like we are), you’ll want to know exactly what will be closed throughout the year, right? Well, we’ve got your back.
Big changes are coming to California Adventure.
There were many major announcements made at the 2024 D23 Ultimate Fan event regarding Disney’s theme parks, including the confirmation that the Avengers E-Ticket attraction is finally coming to California Adventure. The new ride, dubbed Avengers Infinity Defense, will anchor an expansion to Avengers Campus that will also feature the Stark Flight Lab attraction, which will feature Robert Downey Jr. returning as Iron Man. However, this new construction may lead to the end of an old favorite.
So much has returned to normal in the Disney parks, but not everything is back quite yet!
In Disneyland, we welcomed back the nighttime show Fantasmic! this summer as well as the Main Street Electrical Parade (although that parade and the Disneyland Forever fireworks show won’t be around for much longer). We are getting ready to visit Buena Vista Street in Disney California Adventure Park as soon as it reopens this month for some shopping and dining!
