Disney World reopened almost a year ago, and we’ve seen a TON of changes since then!

Here at DFB, we’re all about the food, and that’s why we’re glad SO many Disney World restaurants have reopened recently! We’ve visited Chef Mickey’s for dinner and the newly reopened Cape May Cafe, but today a fan-favorite restaurant has reopened at Disney’s Animal Kingdom!
Guests returned to Disneyland at the end of April, and more things around the parks have been reopening ever since!
Galaxy’s Edge
Not only are more of the Disneyland hotels getting reopening dates, but we’ve seen restaurants like Wine Country Trattoria, Tiki Juice Bar, Docking Bay 7 Food & Cargo, and more set reopening dates. Many of these restaurants reopened today along with one of the most sought out spots in ALL of Disneyland — Oga’s Cantina!

As the parks opened to out-of-state guests and safety policies continue to be lifted, Disneyland is continuing with its phased reopening. We’ve heard all about restaurants and rides resuming operation around property — and now we’ve got even more reopening dates to share!

Disney’s Polynesian Village Resort
Disney just announced that a ton of restaurants are reopening on both coasts — and that includes one of our very favorites, ‘Ohana. But if you’ve been getting excited over ‘Ohana Bread Pudding and all-you-care-to-enjoy breakfast (and trust us, we are too!), you may have missed something. What’s going on with ‘Ohana’s noodles?!

We’ve already heard about the return of Oga’s Cantina, Lamplight Lounge Brunch, AND Wine Country Trattoria. But did you know there are six MORE reopening restaurants returning to the Happiest Place on Earth!?

We’ve been getting EXCITED to visit Tusker House again in Disney’s Animal Kingdom, but now, it seems like we’ve got lots more to look forward to. We’ve been enjoying all sorts of eats inside the parks, but many restaurants are still shuttered. However, we’ve gotten BIG news recently about some restaurants that are reopening soon — and now, we’ve got an update about WHEN you can book your reservations.
Although Disney World reopened last year, some of its restaurants are still closed. But, we are starting to see more restaurants reopen, especially as summer begins to approach!
Cape May Cafe Is Reopening!
One restaurant we felt might be reopening soon is Cape May Cafe at Disney’s Beach Club Resort. We’ve recently spotted Cast Members in the kitchen area and we also spotted a lot of preparations being made to welcome guests. And now we’ve got some big Cape May Cafe news!!
