Like a lot of restaurants in Disney World, when Topolino’s Terrace — Flavors of the Riviera first reopened at Disney’s Riviera Resort last year, it came with a seriously trimmed down menu.Â

The changes were most evident at breakfast, which was suddenly pastry-less, and missing two of its meaty menu stars! Well, hope you’re hungry, because the restaurant has brought back its sausage and steak!Â
We’ve been carefully watching all of the construction progress going on at the France pavilion in the new area that will house Remy’s Ratatouille Adventure and France’s new crêpe restaurant.

Recently, construction walls near this spot came down and today we finally got to walk into the space and we got a FIRST LOOK from the ground of the new crêpe restaurant!
Generally when we’re working up an appetite in Disney World, we crave things like Cheshire Cat Tails, Mickey Waffles, and WHOPPING cookies!

But every now and then, we like to get a lil’ fancy with grown-up food, and a great place for elegant food with a touch of Disney magic is Be Our Guest in the Magic Kingdom! Especially now that they’ve beefed up their menu with LAMB! Tres chic!
Recently Tokyo Disneyland opened a whole bunch of new rides, shops, and restaurants as part of the expansion of its Fantasyland, including The Happy Ride with Baymax, a Beauty and the Beast attraction with some seriously incredible animatronics and special effects, and more!

But, the resort has also seen some other changes recently due to an increase in COVID-19 cases in Japan. Japan recently set a travel ban on non-resident foreign travelers coming into the country, Tokyo Disney Resort reduced its hours, nightly fireworks at the resort were suspended, and park ticket sales have been temporarily suspended. Now, another change is coming to the resort as several restaurants are set to temporarily close.Â
Disney Springs is FULL of incredible shops and restaurants.
City Works
With all of these restaurants comes a variety of different menus and different cuisines! And while sports bar flavors may not be the most unique, City Works in Disney Springs has just revealed a great new grab & go menu!

The Edison
The Most Magical Place on Earth is one of the best places to celebrate the holidays, and we’re glad we got to have a Thanksgiving meal here this year! While Disney is offering several Thanksgiving meal options around the parks and property, we decided to try out the holiday offering at The Edison today!
San Angel Inn is one of those restaurants where the MAIN draw is the atmosphere. It’s all about location, baby, and this restaurant is INSIDE the big pyramid in EPCOT’s Mexico Pavilion where it feels like you’re actually dining alongside a lazy river on the bank of a river with a volcano in the distance!

This isn’t your typical tex-mex chain style food. It’s going for a more authentic take on Mexican cuisine and the result can be….hit or miss. Some things are REALLY good, while others haven’t wowed us. The inconsistency of the food has turned us off from this spot for a while, but the lure of a Disney water scented restaurant (if you know, you KNOW) called us back. How does the food compare now to the last time we were here? We decided to revisit San Angel Inn and see what’s up.
It looks like another one of our favorite Disney World restaurants is fixin’ to reopen SOON!
Teppan Edo
Despite remaining closed after EPCOT’s reopening last month, Teppan Edo began tinkering with its menu a few weeks ago. This gave us the impression the table service hibachi grill restaurant located in the Japan pavilion might be getting ready to reopen!
When we found out several third party stores and restaurants would be welcoming guests back on May 20th, we knew Jaleo by Chef José Andrés would not be among them.

The signature restaurant known for its modern Spanish cuisine has remained shuttered since March and shut down right before celebrating its 1-year anniversary at Disney World with a Paella Block Party!

La Brea Bakery
After closing its doors last March, La Brea Bakery at Disneyland Resort has reopened today and we went to scope it out!
