NEWS: A Fan-Favorite Tour Is Returning SOON at Disneyland Resort

The beautiful thing about visiting Disneyland is that it’s a chance to walk through Disney history.

You can walk down Main Street, U.S.A. and see Walt Disney’s apartment, which sits above the fire department. You can ride attractions that opened with Disneyland in 1955. You can dine at restaurants Walt once stepped foot in. You can also ride the Disneyland Railroad, which just might have been one of Walt’s favorite rides (he loved trains). However, you’ll soon be able to get a tour of the Disneyland Railroad train, which includes a chance to ride in the Lilly Belle, a special car named for Lillian Disney, because that tour is returning SOON.

One of McDonald’s Most POPULAR — and Controversial — Menu Items Is Returning SOON

Okay, is it just us, or is there some overlap between Disney fans and McDonald’s fans? Because, well, we’re both.

Maybe it’s because McDonald’s and Disney often partner to bring us fun Disney Happy Meal toys (and we get obsessed with some of the toy collections). Maybe it’s because some of us are old enough to remember eating McDonald’s fries in Disney World (oh, those were the days). Maybe it’s because we visit the world’s largest McDonald’s often, which just happens to be 15 minutes from Disney World. Anyway, that’s why we like to share McDonald’s news with you, and we’ve got a MAJOR update on a popular, but often controversial, sandwich.

NEWS: A MISSING Disney Snack Is BACK!

Okay, Disney, what are you trying to do to us? We’ve been on an emotional roller coaster over all the disappearing snacks happening in your parks and then some returning (but others remaining, and yes, we’re still bitter about Sleepy Hollow’s waffles in Magic Kingdom).

One snack that we were particularly surprised that went away, though, was on the West Coast. It’s a snack that has been available at Avengers Campus in Disney California Adventure since that land opened, but it recently went away, and we MISSED IT. However, we have some great news: this snack has made its glorious (sort of like Loki) return.

Yes, this is ANOTHER post about Haunted Mansion because we are OBSESSED with this ride, especially this time of year when we get all the new spooky Haunted Mansion merchandise and snacks in Disney World. We’ll use any excuse to ride this attraction, too, so, yes, we rode it recently to check up on a missing specter, and lo and behold, the happy haunt had returned!

Disney Announces DATES for Jollywood Nights 2024 at Hollywood Studios

A brand new holiday event has made its debut at Disney’s Hollywood Studios: Disney Jollywood Nights!

Disney Just Dropped a SECRET HINT About Jollywood Nights Returning in 2024

Well, it’s time to head BACK to McDonald’s.

Hey, don’t judge us. Yes, we go to McDonald’s a lot. Um, we HAD to try that Double Big Mac, for…well…for SCIENCE.  We also had to try to collect all the Disney100 Happy Meal toys when they came out (sadly, our collection will forever be incomplete). Now, we have to go get one of our favorite shakes EVER because the Shamrock Shake is returning to McDonald’s.

What’s Going On With This Popular Snack in Magic Kingdom?

Okay, so we KNOW that Disney World’s 50th Anniversary Celebration is over, but we really didn’t want to say goodbye to some of our favorite snacks from the event.

We DID get a little lucky in that some treats DID stick around, like the Glimmer and Shimmer Blondie in Hollywood Studios. Wendell’s Bear Claw in Magic Kingdom also stuck around — for a while — but then it was gone for what we thought was FOREVER. BUT…that snack showed back up TODAY and now we’re like, “WHAT?“
