There’s ONE GOOD THING About Rock n Roller Coaster Being Closed for Months

A lot is happening around Disney World these days!

In Magic Kingdom, a new ride, Tiana’s Bayou Adventure, is set to open this summer and a big expansion is in the works. TWO new dining spots, The Cake Bake Shop by Gwendolyn Rogers and Blue Ribbon Corn Dogs, are coming to Disney’s Boardwalk. Dinoland, U.S.A. is going to get a new theme at some point. In Disney’s Hollywood Studios, Rock ‘n’ Roller Coaster has closed for a lengthy refurbishment. We get that might be a bummer for some folks, but hear us out — the ride being closed does have a silver lining.

Okay, we have to admit it — Happily Ever After is probably one of our favorite fireworks shows EVER.

This special fireworks show that happens nightly (well, on MOST nights, that is) is a do-not-miss event, for sure. But with a Happily Ever After viewing comes a BIG problem, especially if you’re watching from Main Street, U.S.A. That problem is CROWDS, and even when the park isn’t super busy, you’ll deal with a lot of people. But we’ve got a WAY better way to see Happily Ever After and you’re going to want to try it next time you’re in Magic Kingdom.

Those Country Bears are POPULAR!

It won’t look the same as the opening day Disney World attraction with changes to the songs, costumes, characters, and more, but it will return this summer in its new form. We were in Magic Kingdom on the last day of operation witnessing lengthy lines for the show just to see the final run get canceled 😢.
