Disney World has a plethora of dining options! We would argue that there is something for everybody.
Rix Sports Bar & Grill
If you like the fancier things in life, you can dine at places like Victoria & Alberts or Citricos. For a quick snack in the parks, head to a nearby counter-service spot like Casey’s Corner or ABC Commissary. But if you like a local pub with lots of screens and an easygoing, relaxed atmosphere, then head over to Rix Sports Bar & Grill!
Well, it’s been another week in Disney World and a lot has happened in food news.
Peppermint Igloo
We got some confirmation about food booths for the 2024 EPCOT Festival of the Arts (which is really not that far away!). We ate Skittles Fudge…for science. We dropped some serious cash at Morimoto Asia in Disney Springs (no regrets!). Plus restaurant menus in Disney World changed this week, too — let’s find out how.

Cinderella Castle’s 50th anniversary makeover is so pretty
We’ve been gearing up for some fun on the Disney Wish, but with June being Pride month in Disney World, we ate a lot of Pride Cake, rainbow cupcakes, and even a rainbow waffle. We also tracked a LOT of menu updates throughout the month, so grab a seat, and we’ll get started!
June has been WILD so far, y’all.
Buzz Lightyear Cone
We’ve even managed to check out a Lightyear-themed snack. We even ate Deviled Egg ice cream!!! But we’re just getting started — because here are ALL the Disney World restaurant menu updates for this past week!
While you can often find us chowing down on Mickey Pretzels and Dole Whip in the parks, some of our favorite Disney World dining locations are actually found outside of the parks!
Coronado Springs Resort
The Disney World Resort hotels are home to some iconic restaurants. Of course, there are the quintessential spots like ‘Ohana at Disney’s Polynesian Village Resort and California Grill at Disney’s Contemporary Resort. But, there’s one Disney World hotel that we bet you don’t typically think of when it comes to dining…but you totally should!

We’ve spent the week eating a TON of princess-themed snacks (and we have no regrets!), checking out some new princess merchandise, and trying not to buy the latest pair of Disney Crocs. In the meantime, we’ve also been keeping an eye on Disney World restaurant menus.
Disney’s Coronado Springs Resort will reopen to guests on October 14th.

You may recall that just last summer, the addition of the Gran Destino Tower brought new dining options (along with over 500 rooms) to this Resort. Walt Disney World is home to several moderate category resorts, but their food is far from moderate! You’ll find a wide variety of eats at each moderate resort from grab and go and pool bars to quick service and table service restaurants.
We wanted to bring you up to date on what’s going on menu-wise — and what a few of our favorites are! — at Port Orleans French Quarter and Riverside in case you’re traveling there soon!
