There’s a lot going on this holiday season at Disney’s California Adventure Park!
With Festival of Holidays currently under way, there’s no shortage of festivities, fun, and more importantly, FOOD.
We’re headed to Animal Kingdom for their biggest holiday celebration ever!
This year, the park is getting in on the holiday action with new offerings, decor, and treats! We’ve seen Peppermint soft-serve, and the Christmas lion paw cookie, but if you’re getting just ONE thing at Animal Kingdom during the holidays, make it this!
Every year around Halloween, we anxiously await the return of The Great Pumpkin Pancakes!
Found at Disney’s Polynesian Resort’s Kona Cafe, the Pumpkin Pancakes they’re serving up this year are topped with a new cinnamon butter, pieces of spiced pecans, and candied pumpkin! Oh man, this is GONNA BE GOOD!
Warning! If you think pumpkin spice “everything” is soooo basic, you might have a change of heart when you see this…
Yes, friends! You’re looking at Pumpkin Spice DOLE WHIP!!! Disney’s really swung for the fences with this one! But maybe things will make more sense to you when you find out where you can get this!

Just when we thought Disney’s Animal Kingdom might be going straight from Halloween to Christmas, they surprised us with a new cupcake perfect for the time in between the spooky season and the holiday season.
Introducing the new Thanksgiving Cupcake! What flavor is it, where can you get one, and can you use a snack credit? Let’s find out!
How cute are these!
During our time in Disney Springs today we spotted these summer themed cakes and treats at Amorette’s Patisserie in Town Center at Disney Springs!
This Mickey Bar cake is a must-get!
Check out this appropriately flavored Peanut Butter and Jelly mini cake ready for a picnic!
is a mainstay on Main Street, U.S.A., at Disneyland Resort. It’s got all the Victorian charm of the iconic park’s main drag, plus it’s full of classic and new treats. It’s the place to get a Raspberry Macaron, creative Cupcakes, and everything in between.
Our Disneyland correspondent Heather (follow her adventures on Instagram @DiningInDisney!) stopped in recently to pick up two seasonal treats — both using summer’s jewel: lemon!
You know we love to bring you the latest Disney World food news, and this week we are checking out What’s New at Animal Kingdom and the All-Star Resorts!
There is a TON of seasonal fun going on as we officially enter the Holiday Season, so get ready to join us and see it all!

Happy Thanksgiving!
With Autumn waning, and the Winter Holidays just around the corner, we couldn’t resist offering you one last beautiful, delicious look at this colorful season.
Fortunately, a trip to The Mara provided a couple of great options to celebrate the season.
Having enjoyed lunch in the Parks, I decided to drop by The Mara and see what was new in the pastry case. I was excited to see lots of Fall colors and flavors! The first sweet that caught my eye was this Autumn-Themed Chocolate Pecan Tart.
The bold colors of the Chocolate Garnish were the perfect complement for the season. And I was intrigued by the obvious color in the Whipped Cream that topped the Tart.
Cutting into the Tart, it was obvious that this was a rich, moist pecan pie filling — nothing dry about this!
And the cinnamon-y and buttery flavors were perfect together. I think the whipped cream was [Read more…]

If you’re a fan of that classic carnival treat, the funnel cake, I’ve got something that should make your Disney eats list!
Disney specializes in funnel cakes of all kinds — plain; cinnamon sugar; topped with apples, chocolate, strawberries, whipped cream; etc.
But there’s one spot in the “World” that offers seasonal flavors of these fried up goodies…that I haven’t found anywhere else!
Yep! Epcot’s American Adventure Funnel Cake kiosk features a couple of special flavors that you can only get at certain times of the year: Strawberry Funnel Cakes and Pumpkin Spice Funnel Cakes.
While I haven’t seen both on the menu at the same time, it’s always fun to stop by the kiosk and see what’s available when you’re there! Usually it’s Pumpkin Spice for Fall and Winter…
And Strawberry for Spring and Summer! Each cake costs [Read more…]
