It’s SPOOKY time! Yep, spooky season has officially arrived in Disneyland.
Halloween is here!
The Halloween decorations are OUT (and Disneyland goes HARD with the decorations in both Disneyland and Disney California Adventure). The spooky snacks have arrived! And Oogie Boogie Bash has finally kicked off for the season. We stopped by the party to check out all the special offerings, including the SNACKS.
As HUGE fans of Disney snacks, we have a special place in our hearts for simple but iconic eats and treats around the parks. One of the most well-known (and delicious) of these classic snacks is definitely the Disneyland CHURRO.

In case you haven’t heard the decades-old buzz about these treats (seriously, Disneyland has had churros since 1985!), this park is famous for its delicious churros, which come in many varieties — not just your classic cinnamon and sugar. The transformation is complete. What was once Paradise Pier in Disney California Adventure in Disneyland Resort is now Pixar Pier — an entire Land made up of four neighborhoods celebrating the fun and friendship represented in the films and characters of the Pixar films.

Edna Mode from The Incredibles — who, by the way, guests will soon be able to meet in both Disneyland Resort (starting June 15th) and Disney World’s Magic Kingdom (beginning Memorial Day Weekend) — started off a day of Pixar-riffic adventure, offering glimpses into all the fun — and FOOD — that is to come on Pixar Pier!

In true storytelling fashion, these pieces have revealed a bit of the artistic process surrounding the creation of the stories of the spots behind the food, and the thought process of creating eatery concept art. And we believe they’ve also revealed what was previously simply referred to as an “IncrediCoaster Snack Location”…
