Even though there won’t be any massive gingerbread displays in the resorts this year, we have seen some very intricate, smaller creations, like a gingerbread/chocolate sculpture at Disney’s Grand Floridian and a gingerbread model of the Contemporary Resort. We’ll also be on the lookout for a gingerbread display to appear at EPCOT’s Festival of the Holidays!
