Hello again from Jaleo in Disney Springs!! We have found ourselves back for more tapas, paella, and sangria! They’re just so good we couldn’t resist.
Jaleo is a Spanish restaurant known for its authentic cuisine and cooking style. It’s brought to us by James Beard Award-Winning Chef José Andrés, and this is the fifth Jaleo location in the country. It’s also the largest!
Like I said, we enjoyed Jaleo on opening night, but with such a large menu, we were excited to finally go back and try new items!
Steakhouse 55 at Disneyland is known for its renowned wine menu and gourmet offerings.
Located in the Disneyland Hotel, guests can dine on signature dishes like their Dry Aged Bone-in New York Strip while in a fine dining atmosphere that evokes old Hollywood nostalgia.

Jambo! Recently, we were at Disney’s Animal Kingdom and had a hankering for a nice and unique lunch. Having not been to Tiffins in a while, it seemed like the perfect choice.
Tiffins is the only signature restaurant in the park and features African and Indian inspired dishes. In the past, we have really enjoyed our meals here, but they have updated the menu since our previous reviewed visit and we were excited to check out both some old favorites and new choices.

in the Canada Pavilion in Epcot’s World Showcase at Walt Disney World is a signature dining spot for lunch and dinner.
It’s tucked low in the side of the pavilion, and entering this popular restaurant is like stepping into an elegant wine cave cellar.
We’ve dined at Le Cellier many times, starting back before the Disney Dining Plan even existed, and then when it was still a one-credit meal for both lunch and dinner. That changed in 2012, when dinner became a signature dining experience requiring two Disney Dining Plan table service credits. Then, in 2013, lunch at Le Cellier also went signature, and lots of readers wanted to know if it was still worth a visit.
The short answer is yes… if you can spare the credits or bite the budget bullet out of pocket. Le Cellier crafts high-quality meals with thoughtful components and incorporates Canadian ingredients in subtle ways.
But I’m always re-trying old favorites to ensure that DFB can still endorse them, so I journeyed back to the Great White North to confirm Le Cellier’s place among the great restaurants of Walt Disney World.
The dining room at Le Cellier creates a distinctive dining atmosphere — and it’s one that I love. [Read more…]
in Animal Kingdom Lodge’s Jambo House at Walt Disney World offers world-class dining, a beautiful collection of wine, and embracing warmth every day. And now, you can capture the spirit on Valentine’s Day with a special two-course prix fixe menu!
The prix fixe menu includes an entree and a dessert. The entree choices include Cocoa-Rubbed Bison and Signal Hill Bo Kap Shellfish (shellfish in a Malay curry). [Read more…]
You know how we at the DFB feel about poutine. We love it so much we created a poutine crawl last year. We visit The Daily Poutine in Disney Springs often to sample their limited time offerings. And if we spot poutine on a menu, we pretty much can’t help ourselves. So secret menu poutine at Le Cellier? Yeah, we gotta tell you about this one!
It’s called Annual Passholder Poutine — but you don’t need to have an Annual Pass to get it! [Read more…]
If you’re looking for a spot to enjoy a romantic (or, you know, just delicious) dinner at Walt Disney World on Valentine’s Day, Yachtsman Steakhouse has a special three-course menu made just for you.
Diners choosing the three-course option (the full a la carte menu is still available as well!) will select from Caesar Salad or Charred Octopus to start, followed by Chateaubriand for Two, and ending with a White and Dark Chocolate Mousse Sphere.
This year is going to be BIG for the Disney Parks. Star Wars: Galaxy’s Edge
is opening at Walt Disney World on August 29 and at Disneyland on May 31. Plus the all-new Skyliner transportation system will begin operating at Walt Disney World in the summer or fall! But that’s not all…
If you’re planning a Walt Disney World vacation in 2019 and will be using the Disney Dining Plan, you’re likely already thinking about where you’ll eat and how you’ll maximize those credits.
Lucky for you, we have tons of resources to help you with all of that! Whether you’re trying to make the most of quick service credits or trying to maximize your table service credits, there’s a DFB post for you. 😉
