When it comes to Captain Cook’s at Disney’s Polynesian Village Resort we often think of breakfast and that wonderful Tonga Toast!

But when we need a mid-day or afternoon snack, there’s another dish that we totally prefer!
It’s no secret that we have a special place in our heart for the School Bread from Kringla Bakeri og Kafe at EPCOT’s World Showcase.

However, when Disney World reopened, Kringla Bakeri og Kafe didn’t (😢). And there was no School Bread to be seen anywhere! NOOOOOOO!!!!
Since Disney World’s reopening, we’ve started to see more of our favorite food and drink locations (like the Flavors from Fire booth at the Taste of EPCOT Food and Wine Festival) opening back up at Disney World.Â

And now we can add one more location to the list — the Uzima Springs Pool Bar at Jambo House at Animal Kingdom Lodge.
The 2020 Taste of Epcot International Food and Wine Festival began this year in July with the reopening of the parks, and is scheduled to run through the fall! But this year, we noticed there were fewer booths than what we’ve seen during past festivals.

But, to help take the sting off the lower number of booths, we learned that some of our favorite booths would soon return! And one of those booths, The Alps Booth, already returned in August.
Who doesn’t love the many flavors of fall? From pumpkin spice to cinnamon to candy corn flavors, this time of year always has a special place with our taste buds!

We even like fall-flavored drinks! So we decided to try out the three NEW Halloween exclusive drinks (which we recently spotted on Mobile Order)Â at Gasparilla Island Grill at Disney’s Grand Floridian Resort & Spa!
We are all about Halloween here at DFB. And so we’re pretty psyched that it’s Halloween season at Disney World!
