It is so hard to resist all the wonderful Disney goodies in the shops, after all, right? It doesn’t even matter if you need said souvenirs, when you’re in Disney World, you’re suddenly throwing money at everything. But hear us out. We have some controversial Disney World souvenir opinions, and we just NEED to share.

D23: The Ultimate Disney Fan Event may be over, but there’s still something big happening today, August 12th, for the celebration!

Disney dropped TONS of news about movies, new Disney+ series, new park expansions, new lands, new cruise ships, and so much more! At the event, there were also lots of showcases of NEW Disney souvenirs that would be coming to the parks and the Disney Store, and now they have just dropped a bunch of new items online!
Some Disney World souvenirs literally fly off shelves.
Cinderella Castle in Disney World’s Magic Kingdom
We’ve seen it often with popular popcorn buckets (remember the Figment popcorn bucket chaos of 2022?). Starbucks souvenirs are also a SUPER hot ticket item, whether they be tumblers or totes. Certain Minnie Ears have also been so popular that stars have struggled to keep them in stock. We’ve also seen Lug bags disappear as soon as they’re stocked, including one that just returned — with a change.
Over the years, we’ve seen some Disney souvenirs become ridiculously popular.
Magic Kingdom
A few years ago, people would line up in stores to purchase Starbucks tumblers, and we often see limited-edition holiday season or new attraction merchandise fly off the shelves. But there’s one Disney souvenir that has developed its own fan group and culture — the tiki mug!

Us Disney World fans are often very jealous of Disneyland (which is why we’re often booking trips to the West Coast, too).
Disneyland
Not only does Disneyland have the BEST corndogs, churros, and snacks (we rate Disneyland #1 for food, by the way), but it also gets the BEST souvenirs. Now, granted, sometimes those souvenirs do make their way to Disney World, but sometimes that takes a while. That’s why we’re currently checking flights to Anaheim because Disney just dropped a look at a new souvenir that is a 100% MUST-HAVE.
Who knew that summer would become the BEST time to shop for Disney essentials and souvenirs?

Between Amazon Prime Day and Target Circle Week, the deals just keep rolling in — we’re having a hard time keeping up with all of them.
