Disney continues to release new outfits for the nuiMOs on a regular basis and the latest collection, the Summer Sports Collection, has just arrived for the Olympics!

California Governor Gavin Newsom has not allowed fans to attend sporting events in the state since the start of the pandemic. But according to NBC Los Angeles, he is now having “advanced conversations” with local health authorities and Major League Baseball about a policy change.
Sports fans have had a serious eye on Disney in recent weeks.

Between the NBA’s season restart and the MLS is Back tournament, Disney World is home to a big piece of the return of live sports. Of course, that’s not Disney’s ONLY collection to sports — the company also owns ESPN, and it looks like they might’ve invented something NEAT for sports fans.
In the past couple of weeks, we have seen several industries gradually resume business operations with a focus on health and safety.

has something for everyone — from rides and attractions to resorts and dining. Today we’re visiting a sports fan’s go-to table service spot in Disney World: ESPN Club!
ESPN Club is an active, energetic restaurant located at Disney’s BoardWalk Resort and Villas. And as you might expect, it’s not only sports-themed from the walls to the menu, it’s also a fantastic place to watch the big game.
And since the World Cup is still lighting up screens around the globe, it’s important to know that there are TVs EVERYWHERE. Even in the bathrooms. Yup, you don’t have to miss a second of the game. (Priorities.)
The food, which might very well be secondary for a lot of diners, is OK. It’s no Flying Fish or Abracadabar — both located just a stone’s throw away. But you’re not really at ESPN Club for the eats; you’re there for the game! And the good news is: the food will fuel you long after the final whistle blows!

The name of the game at ESPN Club is televised sports. And so the atmosphere really revolves around large screens sharing the latest must-watch games and events.

It’s been TOO LONG since I’ve done an ESPN Club review for ya, so we finally headed over there on a recent visit. It wasn’t from lack of trying, mind you — I actually like this restaurant a lot and we enjoy going there. But other restaurants kept getting in the way. 😉
But now it’s time for this paradise of bar food to get its day in the spotlight…here we go!
Your first impression of ESPN Club will be that you’ve died and gone to Sports Bar Heaven. Seriously, as you will see, no detail is left untouched. This is a world created for the die hard sports fan. From the menu to the television placement (more to come!) you need never miss a second of the game while you’re here.

But never fear, even though the feel is straight-up sports bar, it’s very kid-friendly, with the standard Disney kids’ menu offered. And with an arcade off to the side, chances are you’ll wave goodbye to the kids and not see them again until dessert anyway!
As you walk in, you can choose from seating in the bar area to the right or the dining room to the left. The bar area has ample TVs situated all around the room — even at your table.
