What? You mean BRIGHT green dumplings, Bantha Beef(?!), and fluffy, green rice aren’t something you serve at dinner every day? Oh, well, in that case, you’re in for a TREAT, our dear earthlings.

We’ve experienced our first day onboard the Galactic Starcruiser, AKA Disney World’s new Star Wars hotel. We’ve gotten some training on the Halcyon’s defense systems, spent some time exploring this new “ship,” and maybe even saved a Wookiee! Now it’s time to head into the Crown of Corellia Dining Room for our first dinner onboard the ship! We’ve heard a little bit about the food at the Star Wars hotel already, so we’re eager to see if the dishes really live up to our expectations.
