Ralph Brennan’s Jazz Kitchen (as well its quick service location, “Jazz Kitchen Express”) have just reopened at Downtown Disney in Disneyland Resort!
The West Side of Disney Springs is really springing back to life.
The Disney Springs food trucks have returned to Exposition Park and City Works Eatery and Pour House has reopened along with House of Blues.
Now that the new McDonald’s location has just debuted at Disney World, we know where to find a fast Chicken Nuggies fill-up!
But if you’re looking for some bubbling crude (but more likely its derivative, gasoline) to put in your family’s roadster, you’ll be happy to know the Speedway gas station next to Disney’s BoardWalk Inn has reopened too!
As Downtown Disney gets ready to welcome back guests on July 9th, the reopening of Disneyland’s theme parks and hotels have been pushed back.
And now, the city of Anaheim (where Disneyland Resort is located) has just issued a citywide face-covering requirement for all residents and visitors.
Although the Canadian-based entertainment company Cirque du Soliel has several productions in Las Vegas (and throughout the world), it’s also made quite a name for itself at Disney World.
La Nouba was a long-time running show at Disney Springs’ which eventually paved the way for Drawn to Life, a collaborative effort between Walt Disney Animation Studios, Walt Disney Imagineering, and of course, Cirque du Soleil!
While Disney World is prepping for its July 11th reopening and has just sold-out its Special Annual Passholder Preview Event, it could be a while before we see one of our favorite Disney musicals on Broadway again.
Instead of resuming productions in September (as they’d originally projected) it seems more likely that Broadway’s stages could remain empty until 2021.
All of us are in the same boat as we await more details regarding Disney World’s plan for its phased reopening.
When it comes to hotels, Disney has only released information for the select Disney World resort hotels that will begin reopening next week.
When Disney World temporarily closed in March, it raised A LOT of questions for Annual Passholders!
Shortly after the theme parks’ temporary closure was updated to “until further notice,” Passholders who had paid in full were told their Disney World Annual Passes would be automatically extended for the number of days the parks remained closed. Well, we’ve been getting concerned that those extensions still haven’t come, and we’re hoping to make Theme Park reservations soon. But there seems to be some Annual Pass movement today.
We were just about to leave Disney Springs this afternoon when something caught our eye!
And while it might not be as fancy as other modes of transportation such as the monorail or Disney’s Skyliner gondolas (which we’ve also seen out-and-about recently!) it gets the job of gettin’ around at Disney World just as well!
While we’ve been surprised to find so many locations have reopened at Disney Springs today, we already knew City Works Eatery & Pour House was planning on welcoming folks back this afternoon!
That’s why we made a lunch reservation to scope the place out on the first day of its grand reopening! Come check out the upscale sports-bar-meets-restaurant with us!
