For those unfamiliar, the Disneyland Resort’s Magic Key pass system – essentially the current version of annual passes – features a park reservation rule regarding no-shows. Members who “no-show” more than 3 reservations in a 90 day period are barred from making a new reservation for 30 days. In a long-awaited update, the Disneyland app finally makes these no-shows easy to track.
Park Passes — love them or hate them, they’re in use right now in Disney World and you can’t avoid them, except in very specific cases!

While a Park Pass is generally required (in addition to a valid ticket) for all Disney World theme parks, there are some situations where you can visit a Disney theme park without a Park Pass at all. But you’ll need to know ALL the rules to make sure you get it right. That’s where we come in.

While we saw more Park Passes become available a few weeks ago, dates have started to fill up again, particularly for the summer. If you’re hoping to go to Disney World in early June though, you might be in luck! It seems more Park Passes for early June have now become available.
Right now, to visit a Disneyland Resort theme park you need a valid ticket AND a theme park reservation (just like how things are currently being done in Disney World).
It’s Almost Time to Visit Avengers Campus!
In just a few weeks Avengers Campus will be opening at Disney California Adventure Park, and theme park reservations for that day had been filling up. But now things have changed! If you haven’t already gotten your park passes for the opening of Avengers Campus, NOW is the time!!

Don’t Forget to Get Your Park Passes Early!
Keep in mind that to enter a Disney World theme park right now you do need to have a valid ticket AND valid Park Pass for each theme park you want to visit for each day of your trip (and for each member of your party). If you’re planning on visiting the Disney World theme parks during the Fourth of July, the time to get your Park Passes is NOW!
