IT’S HERE! We just got a chance to ride Tiana’s Bayou Adventure — which officially opens to the public on June 28th.

During this time, Cast Members, Annual Passholders, and DVC Members have a chance to preview the ride before it officially opens. We’ve gotten looks at some of the new characters we’ll meet on the ride and what some of the animatronics will look like, but now we’re taking a deep dive into how detailed this queue really is!

One of our favorite places to spot new updates is Tiana’s Bayou Adventure. Well, what will someday be Tiana’s Bayou Adventure. Right now, it’s mostly just a bunch of construction. Well, and a queue. Speaking of which…

If you want to skip standby lines in Disney World and Disneyland, you’ll need to purchase Disney Genie+. Those Lightning Lanes can come in handy for popular rides that get long wait times, saving you time that you could spend elsewhere in the parks. But for Tiana’s Bayou Adventure, you might NOT want to skip the standby line.

If you’ve been following along with Disney news for the past few years, then you know that Splash Mountain at Magic Kingdom and Disneyland Park is being transformed into Tiana’s Bayou Adventure.

Splash Mountain is under construction at both Magic Kingdom and Disneyland. The updated ride will feature characters and music from The Princess and the Frog, and we’ve seen concept art and models of the attraction…but now we have even MORE details about what we can expect.
