An all-new rooftop dining experience is coming to Walt Disney World this summer when Toledo — Tapas, Steak & Seafood opens on top of the new Gran Destino Tower at Disney’s Coronado Springs Resort on July 9, 2019.

Disney has announced an exclusive tasting event for the new restaurant for Disney World Annual Passholders and Disney Vacation Club Members. The event will be held on Thursday, July 25; Thursday, August 1 and Thursday, August 8, 2019 and will feature highlights from the menu selected by the chef, and accompanied by cocktails. The Gran Destino Tower currently being constructed at Disney World’s Coronado Springs Resort will bring 545 guest rooms (including 50 suites) and a new main entrance to the Resort when it opens on July 9, 2019. It will also bring rooftop dining (along with fireworks views) with the new Toledo – Tapas, Steak & Seafood restaurant!

This year brings so many new experiences to the Disney Parks on both coasts, and you can bet we’ve been sniffing out as many details as we can find on the BRAND NEW dining that will be arriving at Disneyland and Walt Disney World!

Topolino’s Terrace — Flavors of the Riviera, Disney’s Riviera Resort

Mid-December is the grand unveiling of Disney’s Riviera Resort — and its exciting new dining! Topolino’s Terrace — Flavors of the Riviera is poised to become a must-get Advance Dining Reservation because Topolino’s will be roof-top dining with sweeping views of Walt Disney World! Expect views of fireworks shows at Epcot and Disney’s Hollywood Studios! (Remember that Epcot is getting some new nighttime entertainment in the second half of 2019, so guests will enjoy a brand new view of a brand new show!)
