Just a few days ago we let you in on the newest undead mug gracing the shelves of Trader Sam’s Enchanted Tiki Bar at Disneyland (click here to read all about it!), and now our Insta-pal @mugs_of_disney has given us a detailed look at the latest Shrunken Head Zombie Mug — available now at Trader Sam’s Grog Grotto in Walt Disney World!

at Walt Disney World’s Polynesian Village Resort is an oasis of creative drinks and tiki decor. Truly: grabbing a drink here is always a fun time.
You never really know what’s going to happen around here…
And our Disney pal Daniel (hi, @WanderDisney!) recently visited with Trader Sam and shared his thoughts on some of the bar’s drink options.
The Tropical Snowstorm is listed on the menu’s limited time, seasonsl insert, but Daniel notes that all the drinks on this page are available to order all year. (So long as the bar has the ingredients, you can get one!) The Tropical Snowstorm is Jack Daniel’s Tennessee Whiskey, Parrot Bay Coconut Rum, Coconut Cream, Cinnamon, and Nutmeg!
Don’t forget… ’tis the season for collectors to visit Trader Sam’s Grog Grotto where this year’s version of the Holiday Elephant Tiki Mug is currently available!
This is the second edition of the Holiday Elephant Tiki Mug, and the photo comes from @WDWToday on Twitter (You can see last year’s version of the Holiday Elephant here.) [Read more…]
Ahoy! The latest edition of the Nautilus is now available at Trader Sam’s Grog Grotto in Disney World’s Polynesian Village Resort, according to the official Disney @WDWToday Twitter account.
The Nautilus — made to serve two — comes to you filled with Barbancourt Pango Rhum, Appleton Estate Reserve Rum, Combier Crème de Pêche de Vigne Liqueur, Tropical Juices, and Falernum. As with the other drinks served in souvenir glasses, ordering one will set off a chain of special effects around the small room that is the Grog Grotto. (You can see the previous edition of the Nautilus here.) [Read more…]
Just in time for the Halloween season, Trader Sam’s revealed its newest Haunted Mansion themed tiki mug! This year the mug features everyone’s favorite Hatbox Ghost!!
This guy is the latest in a series of mugs that come out every year around this time. They’re always limited edition, and they always cause a serious stir! (And by stir I mean hours-upon-hours long lines, carefully rationed wristbands, and a dedicated cadre of guests who are willing to spend an entire day hoping they’ll get one of the few available.)
If you don’t know who the Hatbox Ghost is, well, then you need to book yourself a trip to Disneyland ASAP! He can be found hitchhiking (of course) right after the ride through the attic in Disneyland’s Haunted Mansion. (In case you’re not sure you’ve got the right one, he’s the ghost that every single camera phone is trying to capture the best video of as you turn that quick corner!)
