We’ve caught its residents in their misdeeds many times over the past few months — from murder to sabotage to underground crime rings. And we’re heading back this week to see what’s happening again!

I’m taking you back to the tiny train town in the Germany Pavilion at EPCOT for another update! If you’ve been following along for the past few months, you know that this miniature village is filled to the brim with crime and teeming with hooligans. Ever since Disney World got rid of its complimentary Magical Express airport transportation service, fans have been searching for alternate ways to get to the resort.

When traveling from the airport, there are several different paid services you could take, and there was once talk of a Brightline rail station at Disney Springs, though that project was scrapped. But now, it turns out that the idea of a train station in Disney World might not be impossible.

Currently, The company is facing off against activist investor Nelson Peltz, who is attempting to get a seat on the Board of Directors. We have seen Disney actively speak out against Pletz — going as far as releasing a video explaining why Peltz would not be a good fit for the company and urging investors to vote for the Disney-backed candidates instead. Brightline is going to get an EXPANSION in Florida!

We’ve seen how successful the train company was when they added a station to the Orlando International Airport. Honestly, we feel like these trains can be a big game changer when it comes to travel. They’re even getting ready to take their services to the West Coast to help connect major cities over there. That hasn’t stopped them from making moves in Florida, though! It sounds like Brightline is planning to build ANOTHER station on Florida’s east coast — let’s talk about it!

We’ve been sharing updates about the train for a WHILE including its construction progress, the potential station “near” Disney World still in the works, the release of tickets for service this summer, and more. But now we’ve got some especially good news.
We’ve been keeping a close eye on the Brightline train — a near-high-speed rail system that will span much of south and central Florida with a stop at the Orlando International Airport.
