Over the past several months, the situation with COVID-19 has changed in many ways, and things have especially become quite different with the spread of the Omicron COVID-19 variant.

In response to the detection of this variant, certain travel bans were put in place in the United States and other countries. The United States has since revoked the travel bans that applied to select southern African countries. Still, Omicron is expected to slow international travel to Florida and we’ve seen some restrictions put in place in locations like France.
