Oogie Boogie has been all the talk lately. For starters, he’s taking over Disney California Adventure with his new Oogie Boogie Bash — A Disney Halloween Party VERY soon.
And now, he’s ruling over Trolley Treats in Disney California Adventure as a cake pop.
