NEWS: Due to Extended Water Park Closures, Some Disney World Annual Passholders Will Receive a Partial Refund
The Disney World water parks closed alongside most of the resort back in March. Until today, they remain closed with no news of reopening.

Now, Disney has announced that Blizzard Beach and Typhoon Lagoon will not reopen until at least March 7th — almost a full year of closure. Due to this fact, some Disney World Annual Passholders will be receiving partial refunds.
Disney World Water Parks Won’t Open Until 2021
While the theme parks in Disney World are now open, both of Disney’s water parks — Disney’s Blizzard Beach Water Park and Disney’s Typhoon Lagoon Water Park — remain closed.

In the initial phase of reopening, some Disney World attractions and experiences will remain unavailable. So, if you’re headed to Disney World in the near future, prepare yourself for the lack of parades, fireworks, select attractions, restaurants — and water parks!
