January has been a busy month, and now Valentine’s Day is right around the corner!
Valentine’s Day is almost here!
While we were focusing on things like the closing of Splash Mountain and the Walt Disney Company 100th Anniversary, the holiday snuck up on us.
With Valentine’s Day right around the corner, we’re finding more and more Disney merchandise that makes us swoon!

We found a few adorable (and affordable) kitchen items that will make this Valentine’s Day extra magical! All of these Mickey and Minnie Valentine’s-themed items were found at Walmart for only $5 each. They’re too cute to not grab!

The holiday that people love to hate is right around the corner though, and we’ve already started to see heart-covered merchandise pop up in Disney World. But even if you’re not keen on all the red and pink, you might be interested in trying a NEW treat we spotted in Disney Springs!

2023 is a momentous year for Disney. Not only will the 100th anniversary for the company kick off toward the end of January, they will be wrapping up the 50th anniversary celebrations at Disney World this spring. We also have a few other anniversaries to celebrate this year, PLUS attraction closures and openings.

If that wasn’t enough to keep up with there are of course all the other events that happen throughout the calendar year at the parks like festivals and holiday events!
Now that 2023 has finally rolled around, that means there are a whole bunch of holidays to celebrate this year!
Valentine’s Day Plushes
The next major holiday is Valentine’s Day, and we suggest getting started on shopping sooner rather than later. Luckily, Disney usually releases Valentine’s Day merchandise for the occasion, and it looks like a NEW designer collection has landed online!
This year, fans of Valentine’s Day were gifted with adorable treats, sweet merchandise (like this Dooney & Bourke collection), and the iconic Minnie ears that we all obsessed over!Â
I mean…these are unnecessarily cute.
And while Valentine’s Day 2022 has already passed, the gifts don’t necessarily have to stop. Whether you’re a fan of prolonged Valentine’s Day celebrations, or you forgot to get your valentine a gift — boy do we have some news for you!

Valentine’s Day Minnie Ears
If you think that it’s a little too late, you would be right. But holidays seem to be mixed up at Disney World right now — we’re still seeing NEW Christmas merchandise pop up at the parks, as well as Halloween stuff that just kind of lingered. Now, though, we’ve seen a poor plush that has arrived about a month too late.
Disney World has released dozens of pairs of Minnie ears in the past year, and we’ve seen them ALL.
So. Many. Ears.
We’ve seen new color trends, special ears for holidays, and even ones that represent our favorite foods. And today, another pair of Minnie ears landed online — so you don’t even have to go to the parks to buy them!
Gideon’s Bakehouse loves thinking outside the box with unique flavors. We’ve tried unique treats here like chocolate chip key lime pie cookies, banana bread cold brew, white chocolate coffee bean cookies, and rocky road cookies, just to name a few.
