A malfunction on Expedition Everest that sends you FLYING over the side of the coaster. The dolls on “it’s a small world” suddenly springing to life and climbing into your boat. Cracking aquarium tanks at the Seas with Nemo and Friends. All of these are very real fears people have about Disney, even though they may be fully aware that the fears are totally IRRATIONAL!

Guardians of the Galaxy: Cosmic Rewind is opening up SOON in Disney World — May 27th, to be exact! We’ve been waiting on this ride to open for what feels like soooo long, and the anticipation just keeps building because Disney has been showing us more and more of the ride. We’ve seen various parts of the queue, the entrance area, the loading area, and even the ride vehicles.

We expect it will be VERY busy in EPCOT on opening day (especially because of what Park Pass Reservations are looking like right now!), but we wanted to know if people were planning their trips JUST for the ride. You can’t just buy a ticket and walk into a Disney Park anymore. Disney’s Park Pass System requires guests to schedule which Disney Park they’re visiting each day, and without a reservation, you can’t get into a park (even if you have a ticket). Maybe you have a trip where everything goes wrong — your favorite ride breaks down, you can’t get a reservation for your favorite restaurant, and they totally sell out of the Minnie ears you were hoping to get. Or maybe some of the recent changes — like the addition of Genie+, the removal of Disney’s Magical Express, or the new versions of extra hours in the parks for resort guests (Early Theme Park Entry and Extended Evening Hours) — have made you feel like things aren’t quite as “good” as they used to be. Some might be feeling like the guest experience in Disney World just isn’t what they had hoped or what they were used to. Or some of you might be perfectly happy, but know that there’s always room for improvement!
