The EPCOT transformation is the latest example of an interesting and exciting change, but that doesn’t mean Disney is ready to stop anytime soon. We just found some new clues that more construction projects are on their way to the parks and beyond!
Country Bear Jamboree was one of the opening day attractions at Magic Kingdom, opening alongside the park on October 1st, 1971.

Last year, Disney announced that the attraction would be closing to make room for a new, updated version of the show — and we’ve been keeping an eye out for every update we can get since then! Disney just shared a sneak peek and more details of what we can expect from this retheme, but now we’ve got another clue that things are moving along.

We knew that Test Track would be reimagined to take inspiration from World of Motion, the ride that was originally there when the park opened in 1982, and we just spotted the first permit for that work. But, another iconic EPCOT ride might be next on the refurb list because a new construction permit was just filed!Â

New hotel updates are coming to the Polynesian Village Resort, and new restaurants are popping up soon at the BoardWalk Inn, too. Not only that, but Disney announced that a popular EPCOT ride — Test Track — would be reimagined later this summer. And now, we’ve got a major update on the project!
