We had a new restaurant opening, the start of Mickey’s Not-So-Scary Halloween Party, and lots of new merchandise, all within the past few days. For EPCOT in particular, there has been a lot going on, and today we’re sharing all the updates you missed if you haven’t visited recently!

EPCOT’s World Showcase
With two new attractions, three new restaurants, and a new fireworks show, there’s a lot to see if you haven’t been in a few years! On top of that, we’re in the middle of the EPCOT International Food & Wine Festival, and we’re counting down the days until the 40th Anniversary of the park. There’s so much to keep up with that we decided to round it all up into one list — here’s everything that’s new in EPCOT!

The park is under a major transformation, meaning that a large portion of the area is covered in construction walls while Disney adds in new attractions, new landscaping, and new buildings. Many parts of the transformation are complete (like the addition of Guardians of the Galaxy: Cosmic Rewind, Creations Shop, and Harmonious), but there’s still a long way to go. However, besides the big updates, there’s a lot of news happening in EPCOT on a daily basis — today we’re sharing everything that’s new in EPCOT from the past week!

EPCOT has been the center of attention lately, thanks to their newly-launched Guardians of the Galaxy: Cosmic Rewind attraction, and the Disney+ Livestream of Harmonious. And since there’s so much going on around the park, we decided to head in to look at what’s new!

We just saw the Guardians of the Galaxy: Cosmic Rewind attraction launch into action, and now we’re seeing more progress on the construction of Journey of Water — Inspired by Moana, as well as preparations for the 2022 EPCOT Food & Wine Festival. And with so much going on, we popped into EPCOT to bring you the latest updates!

In the past several months, Disney has opened two new rides and three new restaurants in this park, and because of all the construction, walkways are constantly changing.
