Over the past two years, we’ve seen a LOT of change: we’ve experienced new rides, we’ve eaten a lot of new foods (the kind of change we’re total fans of), and we’ve watched supply issues cause problems across the resort. We’ve also seen price increases on merchandise and at restaurants, and there’s been more of that this week, so let’s get on with the restaurant menu updates!

SO much happened in May: Guardians of the Galaxy: Cosmic Rewind has officially opened in EPCOT. We had a ton of announcements come in from Star Wars Celebration. While all that was going on, we also kept an eye on every menu at Disney World restaurants so we could keep you updated on any changes.
Choosing where you’ll stay during your trip to Disney World can be a difficult decision.

That’s why we wanted to help guide that decision by asking our Facebook followers, “Which Disney World resort do you think is worth the money to stay at?” For most, the decision came down to aspects like proximity to the parks, price, transportation, and…smells?! We’re still riding on the high of riding Guardians of the Galaxy: Cosmic rewind last week, getting updates on TRON Lightcycle Run testing, and drooling over the new Mexico ears over in EPCOT. But don’t worry because we’re still keeping a close eye on Disney World restaurant menus, and we’ve got all the updates for the week right here!
April is over and to quote Mickey, “OH, BOY!” It was certainly a busy month in Disney World — at least when it comes to eating and drinking (something that we LOVE to do!).
New snack at a NEW restaurant!
With festive treats to celebrate Easter and Halfway to Halloween to price increases on several iconic snacks, there was already a lot to keep track of. But then Disney surprised us and opened up a BRAND NEW restaurant in EPCOT, Connections Cafe and Eatery. We’ve got a lot of menu updates to cover — so let’s get right to it!

So much has happened at Disney World since the beginning of the year as things begin to return to normal at the resort. We’ve had some good news about the return of the Hoop-Dee-Doo Musical Review, the Festival of Fantasy parade has already returned, Fantasmic! will reopen sometime this year, ALL of Disney World’s hotels have reopened, and most of Disney World’s restaurants have reopened or have reopening dates. We’re also still seeing a lot of menu updates at Disney World restaurants!
We know, we know. You only get to Disney World so many times each year and you might have a long list of reasons why every trip you’ve simply GOT to hit up that one beloved spot. But, what if one year your go-to spot doesn’t have any reservations available? Or maybe you’ve got some in the group who are begging you to change things up, just this once! 🙏🏻 Well, whether you’re looking to explore a new spot, need to find another reservation, or want to change things up but not change them up too much, we’ve got a very special tip!

There are some incredible ice cream spots around Disney World, and you don’t even have to enter a Disney Park to get to some of the best! If you’re a diehard Beaches & Cream fan, you might think that going to ANY other ice cream spot on property is blasphemous! But hear us out — have you ever been to The Fountain? Both locations serve retro ice cream parlor vibes, classic diner eats, and huge portions of ice cream and sundaes. It’s not a question of which spot is better, but if you do love Beaches and Cream, here’s why you might want to visit The Fountain during your next trip.
