Magic Kingdom is ready for Halloween!
Magic Kingdom is officially decorated for spooky season, and the first Mickey’s Not-So-Scary Halloween Party is nearly here! Starting on Friday, August 9th, you’ll be able to attend the Halloween event in Magic Kingdom on select nights through October 31st with a specially priced ticket. There will be exclusive snacks, new merchandise, exciting entertainment, shorter waits for rides, and our favorite characters dressed in their Halloween costumes. Speaking of characters in costumes, we finally got to see what our pals Mickey and Minnie will be wearing to the event of the season and two new characters coming to the party!

We’ll be the first to say that most of the new merchandise is ADORABLE. We have a hard time saying no to all the cute new souvenirs that get added to the shops. New Spirit Jerseys, Loungeflys, pins, house decor, and so much more get added regularly. However, some items really have us scratching our heads and questioning everything.
One of the most important things you’ll pack for Disney World — if not THE most important thing you’ll pack — is comfortable shoes! Disney’s theme parks are big, which means you’ll be walking a LOT during your vacation. We’re talking tens of thousands of steps. You don’t want to get a blister and be in pain or unable to do everything during your trip!
