Rock ‘n’ Roller Coaster is OPEN!
An old favorite — Rock ‘n’ Roller Coaster Starring Aerosmith — returned to Disney World this week, and upended the wait times at Hollywood Studios, overtaking the second spot. It ended up being very close to being the most in-demand ride in the park. In addition, the Magic Kingdom had its final full normal week before losing one of its most in-demand attractions for over a month.
Things change so much at Disney World that it’s hard to keep up with everything.

In Magic Kingdom, we just recently saw the opening of a brand new ride, Tiana’s Bayou Adventure. We’re also gearing up to see what Disney has planned for the big Magic Kingdom expansion. Sometimes, though, things close in Disney World, and we’ve got a big update about some entertainment at Magic Kingdom that will be temporarily suspended.

Others may be terrible, but the most important thing to remember is that everyone’s advice is based on what they have personally experienced (or heard secondhand) and everyone’s different. This also means that everyone’s preferences for their vacations are different. Even though we knew that this decision we made in Disney World was the right one, it certainly didn’t feel like it!

These are just a couple of the things that sets Southwest Airlines apart from the rest. Don’t get us wrong, Disney World has had a lot going on, too, with the opening of Tiana’s Bayou Adventure and the news of some big expansion projects in Magic Kingdom and Animal Kingdom. But the future is a little more mapped out over at Universal Orlando. We know that Universal’s new theme park is set to open in time for summer 2025 if Universal can stick to its schedule. We’ve been keeping you updated on all the latest Epic Universe construction news, but here’s an extra interesting new development. Spoiler alert: it involves Disney World!

Obviously, we spend a lot of time looking for Disney merchandise at Target because Target and Disney have a special relationship, so Target gets a LOT of cool Disney stuff. We’re also shopping at warehouse clubs for discounts on things like Disney and Southwest Airlines gift cards. We’re even checking out Aldi for Disney merchandise. However, we recently went shopping at our local T.J. Maxx, and you’ll never believe the Disney merchandise we found (and it’s ALL discounted!).
